Conserving Threads is also an e-commerce platform providing plant-based fibers and yarns to hand-spinners, knitters, and fiber enthusiasts. Ms. Melanie D. Sanford, proprietor, has over thirty years studying textiles and fashions and is a conservator of textiles, a promotor of fashion-flipping, and likes to look and re-imagine.
