This listing is for 250 yards of fingering weight pineapple yarn wound onto a cardboard cone.

The pineapple fiber is sourced from the waste product of the pineapple fruit production. The regenerated fiber process takes the extruded filaments and wet spins into yarn. During this process waste fibers sometimes find their way into the spinning; you may notice bits of sparkly or even colored fibers in the yarn. The yarns dyes just like other bast fibers and colors well using both natural and synthetic dyes.
