This a pair of antique cotton carders. The carding cloth is in fairly poor condition and some of the teeth are falling out. The wood back and handles are in pretty good condition. The cloth could be replaced with some new carding cloth to make a good pair of cotton carders or leave as been to use as examples of antique hand processing fiber tools.
